Set in the historic and magnificent Victorian Pump House No. 5 in Medway opened by HRH, The Princess Royal. Copper Rivet are  one of just a few spirit makers in the UK that undertake the complete process of brewing and distilling from grain to glass with all grain coming from within a 20 mile radius of the distillery, ensuring their range of premium spirits are totally distinctive and unique.

Production

Dockyard Gin is handmade in the copper still, fondly named Janet. The gin is infused with botanicals sourced from across the globe. Italian Juniper berries, locally sourced elderflower, Bulgarian Coriander seeds, Spanish orange peel, Italian lemon peel, Guatemala green cardamom, grains of paradise from Africa, European Angelica root and Orris root, our own neutral grain spirit and Kentish chalk filtered water. Dry, with subtle citrus hints and spicy aromatic flavours, this gin brings something new to the traditional. We also stock a strawberry gin which brings the Summery flavours of the local Kentish Strawberries from the Garden of England do their work to infuse flavour and colour.
