Goring NV is a range of premium Non-vVntage English sparkling wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier grapes, sourced from neighbouring vineyards on the South downs. A collaboration between The Goring Family and Dermot Sugrue.

This NV has an elegant and complex structure with delicious notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange blossom and crushed oyster shells complemented by a racy acidity.
