We are proud to host a wide range of events, from boutique English wine tasting sessions led by industry experts, to brand partnerships with unqiue makers and creators. This year's events are detailed below. We are also available for private event hire. Please contact us for details.

Hastings is a family run gin distillery created in 2016. This fairly new distillery is now producing four wonderful Gins; their Hastings 1066 Dry Gin was released in 2019, Hastings Strawberry Gin in 2020 and the newest Hastings Raspberry Gin in 2023.

On Friday 19th April from 7pm, The Cove welcomes Anthony who will host an enjoyable evening of gin discovery where you can learn a little more about this local creation.

Dillions Vineyard, set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Sussex, ensure that every decision they take is focused on the sustainability and preservation of the surrounding area, so that future generations can continue to enjoy Dillions’ natural beauty and sense of peace. On Friday 17th May from 7pm, The Cove welcomes David who will host an enjoyable evening of wine discovery where you can learn a little more about this local creator.

Hepple Masterclass Evening – 14th June 2024 (£20 per person): 2–2.5 hours

Located within the eastern edge of Northumberland National Park, the Hepple estate and distillery are where England’s cleanest waters, most ancient juniper, and wildest winds meet. Hepple’s rugged beauty reaches up along its hills through vast moors of heather and grasslands, down alongside old stone walls to babbling brooks and towering pine forests, ending at an old, small stone farmhouse that we’ve turned into our distillery.

Hepple distillery, with Val, Nick, Chris & Walter produce incredible gin and vodka that has specifically been selected by leading drinks mixologists to be part of their cocktail key ingrediant list. On Friday 14th June from 7pm, The Cove welcomes Simon Cox (from Cask Liquid) who will host an enjoyable evening of discovery where you can learn a little more about Hepple. Three Cents Premium Mixers will be paired with this evening's selection, adding some further to discover and enjoy!
