Dillions is a small family-owned vineyard set in the beautiful High Weald of West Sussex. They produce and sell small batches of quality english wine from their own and their friends' vineyards.

This Rosé is made from the pinot noir grape variety. It has a delightful summer aroma of strawberries and cream with hints of pomegranate and cherry left on the palate. It is refreshing and light and can be happily drunk on its own on a summer's day but also pairs well with chicken, salmon or any seasonal salad.
